Holosync Review: The Good Points and the Bad Points

This Holosync Review is a quick summary of the product which was created by Bill Harris to help people learn the skill of meditation using scientifically proven audio technology. If you’re someone who is interested in learning the skill of meditation and receiving the benefits of better health, more emotional stability, and better concentration and focus, then this product is something you need to look into. You’re probably already aware of the self hypnosis scripts and self hypnosis DVD products which offer a “lazy person’s” way of learning hypnosis or meditation.

But there are few products which have a track record like this one and are used in nearly 200 countries worldwide as this one is. So let’s begin this Holosync Review with a little bit about what other people have experienced from using the product.

Can Nearly One Million People be Wrong?

I suppose it is possible to fool nearly 1,000,000 people for at least a while. But Bill Harris’s Holosync technology has been around for two decades and is used in exactly 193 countries. That’s a pretty impressive track record considering the high volume of self hypnosis DVD products which have come and gone during that time. The people who have used this product claim that they have been able to make strides in meditation which they have been trying in vain to make for years. So instead of having to spend hours a day for several years to develop the skill of meditation, this product is helping people to do it within just months.

Holosync Review: Why it Works

Okay, so how is it possible to develop the skill of deep and focused meditation within such a short time? The answer is that the Holosync technology uses audio stimulation which effortlessly places you within the electrical brain wave patterns which occur during deep meditation. Think of it like a specifically focused exercise machine which targets the exact muscles in your body which you want to grow… that’s what this product does with your brain. Only this time, it’s targeting specific brain waves which are consistent with the state accomplished by deep meditation.

Now, this really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone since the brain is a body part which can definitely be conditioned through exposure to proper information and training. Just think about what happens to you when you go to school…same principle, only this is specifically designed to “exercise” your brain’s ability to generate the brain waves which are consistent with deep meditation.

Some Buyer Beware

As an addition to my Holosync Review I’d like to add that anything which carries the “done for you” selling point isn’t going to help you develop the discipline and willpower required to become great at meditation and to make time for it in your schedule. So just be sure you keep in mind that you’re willing to do some work, because frankly (in spite of the fact that they call this the lazy person’s way to meditate), lazy people seldom “find the time” for things like meditation and often get distracted by other things which aren’t as important. Anyway, I’m sure you’ll find a happy medium.

The Holosync offer comes with a free 4-lesson online course Master Your Emotions, Your Actions, and Your Life,  which is valued at $199, and the offer comes with additional coaching on how to use the product…which is something you’ll definitely want to take advantage of. My opinion, if you’re serious about developing the skill of meditation, is that this is a great way to get started so that you can get the benefits without all of the extra time and effort required. Wish you the best in using the product and thanks for reading my Holosync Review!
